I bought two of these suits - one in red, the other in black - and they are HOT. I am not a swimmer, but I was looking for something for the minimalist tan without being too scant. These really fit the bill. I also purchased the Speedo 1-inch, but the Sportis are much smaller.
I did go one size up to a 36-inch even though I am a 34-inch waist in a pant. I have a round, muscular back side that greatly impacts my choice of shots/briefs/pants. I am VERY happy I did go one size up. For me, the drawstring can be pulled to tighten the waist if needed - therefore I do agree that these are true to size. However, with the tightness across my derierre, I do print quite well in the front - even with the lining that is part of the suit. I am not sure if an additional size (to a 38-inch) would help me much.
I am extrmely happy with my purchase, the true-to-size fit and the price of these Sportis. Thank you Swim Outlet!

Sporti briefs are a fantastic value. You really can''t beat the price and they fit great- they hug your body without being too constrictive and dry fast. The material is light yet strong (I have worn them in the lake, ocean, and pools all over Canada and USA/Mexico/Carib.) and the design lets you move without drag. They work well under scuba gear too. I get three or so each year (which I really couldn''t with big-brands), For the adventurist and fit, I rec. them over any other brand. Have fun. For casual workouts in the pool they are ideal.

Feels really nice even though size is too small. I''m wearing 34 or 36 with pants and I ordered the size 36. It feels really tight, but I''m liking it anyway.

The Sporti Euro swim briefs are standards for me. They are rugged and well designed for lap and racing swim. Over and over again, they prove themselves for quality and endurance.

My son gave these a try, luckily went up 1 size from 32 to 34, which helped offset the smaller & tighter aspect. We weren''t sure what "Euro" style meant, but it must mean "less is more" on coverage, so take note. Overall, super suit. I''m not sure why this brand doesn''t catch on even more, it''s great value & solid quality. Just go up a size, if you''re used to American sizes.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well these fit. Yes, I leaned toward my waist of 36, though I''m back to 34 on pants and shorts. I''ve had more expensive brands that did not fit well at my lower "cheeks" but these are a great fit and support and cover the rear. I prefer as little suit as acceptable where I swim, so I am used to hip riders. Euro cut means low riders, so if you''re not secure in your own skin, get a fuller brief. As for me, these will be my regular swim suits.

The quality and fit of the suit is very good, a great value for the money (tho wish it was made in USA).
Size wise: I wear a 33" waist jean size and found the 36" size in this suit to be fine (not too loose or tight). I am a recreational swimmer, so a competitive swimmer may want a size smaller (i.e. 34" in my case).
Color also seemed to be true to the website and as expected. Overall I am very pleased and will buy a few more.
