I participate in a deep water aerobics class 4 days per week. I use the 3 lb weights to increase my workout without actually being affected by the weights. I can feel the difference in my arm strength even after such a short period of time. I am glad I took the leap and purchased them. |

Even though I have small wrist these weights adjust just fine. The feel is good and I reccommend these weights to my friends. I intend to purchase heavier weights in due time. |

I love the weights for toning and building strength and muscle. I use the them for my water aerobic classes. I like that I can use them in several different ways, and I like the velcro and they don't fall off. |

THE WEIGHTS ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY, AND EASY TO PUT ON.
THET WORK GREAT IN THE POOL, BUT GOOD WHEN JUST WALKING OR DOING MANY OTHER EXERCISES. THEY OFFER JUST A LITTLE MORE HELP TO GET TONED ARMS. |

THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO THE WATER AEROBICS CLASS. THE CLASS IS MADE UP OF MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE PRIMARILY OVER 50 WITH THE MAJORITY 60 OR BETTER IN AGE. THIS PRODUCT HAS GIVEN THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE BENEFITS OF WEIGHTS WITHOUT THE HIGH IMPACT OF DRY LAND SINCE THEY ARE USED IN THE WATER. |

These take a long time to dry and if you work out every day you have to put on wet weights, plus they're hard to put on if you're already wet. |

I use these weights for lap swimming and also for a modified water polo workout. They are very comfortable, but a little cumbersome to put on and take off at first. They attach with this nuclear powered velcro, which holds extremely well. I was impressed with how quickly they dried. |
