When I initially used these, they felt heavy, and made little difference in speed. Eventually, I realized that the weight was helpful in exercising my arms and in making my strokes better. After taking them off, my arms felt very light and I was able to swim faster. The gloves seem well-constructed (~3 weeks of use so far). |
