I take the barbells to my Aqua Jogging and use them to exercise after my jogging. I do find them a little larger than I thought they would be making it difficult to use while jogging, but they are excellent for my arm exercises in the water. Very well made and they produce a good workout. I definately recommend them. |

The AquaFit Barbells were for my wife who had a stroke in May of 2008 and has just this summer been able to get back in the pool to do her exercises again. The barbells work wonders for her building muscle and endurance and at the same time helping her to know that she can make it all the way back if she works hard enough, which she is willing to do. |

Used them in our Homeowners pool. Just what I wanted to continue water aerobics during the summer. Also enjoyed the guide book that showed me other ways to use the barbells |

I use the barbells for water aerobics. They are the perfect size and weight for me. I jog while pumping them up and down under the water to strengthen my arms. Works great. You can also use them as floats. I'm very happy with this purchase. |

I love the barbells. They help me continue my work out in my condo's pool on days that I don't get to the gym. I even had friends use them. |

The AquaJogger "barbells" offer good resistance in the water — as they are supposed to. However, there are some exercises we do that require the two barbells to be held together in front of us, for "down presses." The knobs on the ends of each barbell get in the way of holding the barbells together. |

These water weights intensify your water workout. They do not scratch your skin as other types. They are the best price around. They help "sinkers" float while doing different exercises. |

We are very happy with our barbells, they are well made and now we don't have to fight for them at the pool. |
