These fins are great for propulsion, if you can keep them on. Even my Men that are sizes 9 and 10 could not keep these fins on. The material used to make the part where the heel and ankle sit is too loose. |

The foot of the fin is a bit tight. I ordered the mans 7-9 size and wear a womens 8 wide, thought they would be big enough but they are snug across the base of the toes. They are also longer then I expected, but they do make me faster in the water and I can feel the workout in my legs more then without them |

Fins are true to size and very wellmade. They are soft and very pliable to swim with. I use them in a pool for weight on my legs. |

These fit perfect. They are also great for improving your kick and building leg strength. I would recomend these to anyone. |

Sizing seems to be much larger than other brands of swim fins. In all other brands of swim fins I have ever used, I wear a Adult 9-11 and normally this is a snug but comfortable fit. (I wear ladies 10.5 shoe size). ClubSwim Rubber fins won't even stay on when I tried them on with thick socks. I'm going to try a 7-9. I have not tried them out because I have to re-order a smaller size..... They appear to be good quality for the money. |

These fins start tight and squeeze the entire foot but they do seem to get better over time- or the foot adjusts! |

They say they are a women's 3-5, they were just barely larger than a youth's size 11-1 |
