Buckets on your feet |

I got these flippers primarily because I do breaststroke and I wanted the ability to do other strokes as well.
Pros: Breaststroke kick can be done with them
Cons: Any other stroke they act like buckets on your feet. you may notice they have no holes for water to exit. This makes it incredibly strenuous when swimming linear strokes (butterfly, freestyle, backstroke). A common solution to this problem is to drill three holes into the flipper.
They also leave terrible bruises on my toe knuckles where the flipper presses against when I kick. |

I prefer these to "pocket" style fins. The open heel makes for a more natural feel with flip turns. When ordering, there is a corresponding European size which is more accurate than the size range provided in the catalog or on the Internet. Be careful that you don't order too large. Call cust. svc. if you aren't sure of your size. |

The PDF fins we recently ordered were to replace the ones we have had for about 7 years. We wore the others out. We find them especially useful to help beginners that are having a hard time learing the breast kick. They are also good for kids who have trouble finding the "right fit" in long training fins. They make them work a little harder too, which is a plus. |

I bought these for a positive drive in my breast stroke kick, but i feel they work better for fly kick! They kill the top of you ankle because that is where the fin is, so if you do a flip turn, when your feet are planted on the wall it hurts cause it pushes on your ankle veins. However a did feel that these helped finish my kick, and a got small push off of them. |

Good. They really can be used for us Breaststroke kick challenged. You can use them for all strokes, they don't "give" like traditional fins, so they are great for resistance-building your FR kick. Bad.If you have any kind of foot injury, ingrown toenail etc, forget it ! It hurts like heck with the close fitting fin. I suggest fin socks or wrapping your injury in a bandaid for a cushion. |

this product fits great and is adjustable. Me and my swiming buddies all where them and we have very different size feet. They are very easy to adjust to you perfect size. They give a great workout. I use them for kicking and swiming. |

I was skeptical, but these fins are the best I've ever used! Very good for kick drills and strengthening your legs. Your feet are in the correct position when wearing them. The footbed is made of a comfortable material. I wear a women's size 8-81/2 street shoe, and bought the size small (yellow) which fit me very well. |

I love these fins. They have helped me kick much better. This is my second pair. The first pair split on the fin itself but I'm not sure if it was from wear and tear or some other object hitting it. |
