I wear a size 11.5 in adidas, so I got the G (10.5 - 11.5) they fit good, but they rub both my big toes raw... I actually stopped wearing them and ordered a pair of the TYR burners to try since they are on sale. I tried the H in the zoomers and they were way too big. Overall they are great fins and really improved my kick after a month of use; however, they do fit tight and caused some painful rubbing on my toes.

The FINIS Zoomers Gold performs as advertised. I''m in the process of rebuilding from a pelvic injury where my training is focused on the soft tissue, muscle and nerve regeneration. My kick strength was reduced to more of a rudder function than providing propulsion. I researched training fins and the Zoomers were consistently recommended. They perform well and the fit is very comfortable. They add good resistance but don''t alter a normal kick cadence or form. For me, they help target the exact muscle groups in my hip and legs that were injured. Highly recommended.

Got my first pair of Zoomers in Red over 18 yrs ago and they finally ripped and was time for a new pair. I wear a 11.5 to 12 shoe and purchased the same size as my last pair (10 to 11.5) only to find the heel on the gold model do not come up my ankle but still work. I hope i will just get use to them and have them another 18 yrs...

so far. so good. real rubber feels nice. seem durable. I feel my swim workouts in a different way when I use them. more in the hips.
