you should buy its great not to tight
I am a 3 times a week lap swimmer. This cap works just great, doesn't pull my hair going on or off, doesn't completely keep my hair dry but nothing ever has! It does better than most and it isn't so tight that my head hurts as I have had happen with some caps. When this one goes, and it will, I will replace it with the same product. This is my 2nd one and it has held up much, much better than the traditional latex.

great swim cap. my only complaint is that i think you need to make a couple of different sizes. i'm a big guy at 200 lbs, and this cap is kinda tight, but not terribly so.

I swim two times a week and use my swim cap every time. It fits great, is durable, and includes instructions on how to take care of it. I am new to swimming so this is all very helpful and has helped me get off to a great start!
