I can use it riding my jet ski, cutting grass or at work, being waterproof makes it good for any type of condition! |

THE IDEA IS GREAT. BUTTONS ARE HARD TO PUSH. I HAD TROUBLE WITH MY FIRST ONE BUT SWIMOUTLET TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME AND RESHIPPED A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
IF I'D HAD THIS 30 YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS A KID, YOU'D NEVER HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET ME OUT OF THE POOL |

Instructions are difficult to understand. I had to get help. One earphone is barely audible, the other is fine. FM reception is poor in indoor pools. Overall, listening to music makes the time of lap swimming appear to go by much quicker. |

I love to work out in the pool and it has been so enjoyable now. I can load the music I like to listen to and set up my own exercise music. It took me a little time to learn all the duel use of the buttons, but once you get the long and short pauses down the MP3 is a gem. |

I like the smaller style of this MP3. Its easy to clip on my goggles and to tuck up the wires. Its alot different not to get water in my ear due to the ear buds. My only draw back is the earbuds, but i have small ears, its not that bad once they get used to them. I also like being able to choose between radio, which i can get in the pool, and a play list. |

Loved using it when it worked. I went through two and both leaked and becaome unusable after only a couple of uses. Other negatives: the UI is difficult to navigate (same buttons do multiple things depending on how long held, short click, medium click, long click...) the FM receiver does not get good reception, and did not sync well (files would download but not show up in playlist... after resynching, the files were marked as already on the player). |

I use this MP3 during my lap swimming 5 days per week. It helps me get a better workout all the way around. The sound is clear and has great volume when you need it a little louder. I thought the loading was a little difficult as we were able to get the initial load on and are having trouble getting our computers to recognize the unit to change the songs. The ear buds are comfortable, but I'm not sure about the part theat fits around the ear, I'm still trying to get those to stay on for the entire workout. Time will tell as I have not had a waterproof MP3 last longer than one year. I'll check back then! Overall, The compact size, ease of use, and clear sound get great reviews from me. |

Had to have first set replaced b/c earbud on right side went out. Swimoutlet.com was quick and kind on the customer service. So far so good on the new set - makes the swim time fly by! Took a few tries to get the earbuds to stay in place, though. |

I'm still amazed by an MP3 player made for the pool! Simple and adjustable armband did not disrupt my form. 3 graduated sizes of earplug/earphones kept water out and great sound in. Charges quickly and easily through my laptop. Simple controls are easy to use during lengthy laps. Initial set-up is a breeze if you only want to sync a list of songs. A huge drawback: Simple controls limit this device if you want to create playlists or scroll to a specific song. I can overlook this because...it goes in the pool! FM radio capability was an added bonus. |

My MP3 won't hold a charge |

I've used the MP3 only limitedly and always am sure to charge it completley yet latetly it won't hold a charge.
Also, the wrap-around-the-ear ear bud holders are a hassle and don't stay on in even small surf. I've upgrade to brand from Best Buy but haven't had a chance to use the since the MP3 not holding a charge. |
