I use this for lane swimming - provides the setup for a phenomenal workout - I do not use a nose plug but instead I wear a Falco freediving mask (very low volume / does not impede swimming / extremely comfortable) - no complaints whatsoever **but a note wearing the falco over using a nose clip makes this the perfect setup. |

FINIS Swimmer's Snorkel |

I enjoy my swimming so much more with the FINIS swimmer's snorkel. As many have said, I can concentrate on my swimming technique rather than trying to catch breaths without swallowing water. I can do many more laps and get much better exercise, as my energy and concentration go to working my legs, arms and abs, rather than breathing. The snorkel fits very well and is extrememly comfortable. Love it!!! Thanks FINIS for designing such a great snorkel! |

I like the snorkel it works well, I also bought a nose plug and I would suggest doing the same it is a big help. I like the fact that you don’t have to think about breathing which makes anyone who swims happy. |

Not adjustable for a woman's forehead |

There is no way to adjust the forehead piece for the slope of your forehead. It will only work for people (primarily men) whose forehead slopes back at a strong angle. Most women have curved or upright (non-sloping) foreheads and this snorkel will not work for them. |

This is a great training aid, but for the price paid ,. a nose clip could have been included. |
