Too tight for adult, and it's a little snug around the face for my 7 year old daughter. Doesn't keep hair dry - but I guess none do.It does keep it out of face.
This fits my 10-year-old who has long hair below her shoulder blades. The only drawback is that she can't get it on herself, as it is so tight. It stays on well though.
