    Feels true to size

    My son loves his swimsuit and it fits well.

    Size 32 measurements:
    Inseam = 9 1/2 inches unstretched
    Outseam (or total length) = 16" unstretched
    (I don't know why they don't put these suit measurements on the website.)
    waist = 34
    Hips = 40
    Thigh = 22 (biggest measurement)
    Above the knee = 16

    I like a snug/compression fit, and size 34 felt a little loose, size 32 fits fine.  They're shorter than many, which is good for me, I'm 5"8", they stop an inch or two above the knee.  Other suits come down to my knee joint.  I hate that.  The elastic around the knee is good, not too tight.  The only problem is the waistband, which is a simple fold-over and not structured at all.  I prefer a waistband that's got something slightly stiff in it so it doesn't roll or twist.  Would be 5 stars with a better waistband.

    Feels too small

    Bought these for my 14 yr old who swims on a team.  He liked the way they looked but won't wear them because they run really short.  Mid thigh.  He is tall and thin so might work for a shorter person.

The unique spelling of Dolfin parallels their unique style. Dolfin was founded fifty years ago with a focus on lifeguard suits and has expanded over the years into the competition market. Recently, Dolfin has developed a niche in the practice suit market with their fun, colorful, and long-lasting Uglies line. The Uglies line appeals to girls of all ages and is perfect for competitive and recreational swimmers. Dolfin also has crazy training suits called Dragsters, wild-printed Winner jammers and briefs for guys. Along with their other swim divisions, Ocean Racing and Aquashape, the Dolfin team has everyone covered!
