Outstanding training guide...endurance, force, drill workouts. Has pushed me to the limit. You have essentially double the workouts - after I finish the 'B', I'll kick it up a notch and do the 'A'. Helped me blow away my first swim PT test for the Navy.
I love this book so much that when I left it at the pool, I assume, I just had to buy another. Follow it the way it says to or just pick workouts, either way it is great not having to think of your own swim workouts! And its waterproof!
Without studying this a lot to understand terms, this would not be very useful for a newbie swimmer.
