I use these earplugs in water aerobics class. They fit securely in my ear, but I hardly notice them. The carrying case is excellent. The best part is how easy they are to put in the ear & take out. I have trouble with my ears so keeping water out of them is important. These plugs are excellent.

I WORE THESE TO LAP SWIM AND THEY ARE ABOUT EQUAL TO NOTHING AT ALL.

These were disappointing in that I had a hard time figuring out how to insert them and how to get them out.  I only use them in the shower so they are good enough.  I wouldn't use these for swimming.  They don't seal out all the water.
