I have one complaint, that is the shipping.   It took 10 days for the product to arrive - any other place  I have ordered from, it took less than 5 days.   I was very disappointed in the shipping time.    I was even able to track the H20 from the time it left your warehouse and I received a notice it was shipped on the 11/9, but when tracking said it really never left until 11/10 - also this product seemed to sit at some shipping places for a day or so.

The earbuds come out occasionally, but I always have that problem with this type of earphone.  I am actually surprised they stay in as well as they do.  It makes lap swimming a pleasure!  the only problem is that it uses an outdated ipod -- which an issue with Apple, not the manufacturer of this case.

It was a gift for my wife, and I haven't heard anything negative back after she used it.  I would have if there'd been anything negative, so it must be pretty good.

heard of this product. It makes working out  in the pool so much more
fun. I really never have any time to listen to my music and this works
out wonderful. Reception and sound are great. Don't know what I did
without it.

I love being able to listen to music while swimming! this product works great- the only challenge is getting the right size headphone pieces so they stay in your ears!

The H2O has met my expectations.  It works well and convenient to use.  I have only been using it for the last 3 weeks, however, I swim 5-6 times per week.  Based on this usage, I am reasonably assured that it will maintain it's watertight capability.  The sound is reasonable but not exceptional.  A swim cap is required to keep the earphones in place.  I knew that going into the purchase.  I can't recommend this to friends because most are looking for a watertight enclosure for the new ipod shuffle.  We may have to wait for that.
