I've used my Lap Counter in an open water and pool swim, and it's easy. I can just focus on my swimming technique, and not worry with keeping count. My concern is as I use it more and more if the band wears out, then it might not stay on my finger. For now, I like it and I'm satisfied.
It works great. I don't have to remember which one of 36 laps I am on.
Fills a need and works perfectly.
I use the product to count laps while swimming. It works well. However, I only wish the LED display was larger. When I'm swimming and have my goggles on, it's hard to see number; i.e., I am never sure it registered the number (after I pressed the button). So every so often, I stop and raise my goggles to see if the number of laps is correct (I still keep a mental count). But I'm 61 and require reading glasses. Perhaps younger people will not have this problem.
I have a 50-foot lap pool where I swim 400 yards every other day. This LapCounter means I don't have the miserable problem of having to remember laps I have already done. This LapCounter does exactly what I need. Nothing more and nothing less./Ralph
this is great. Worst thing is keeping track of it in my swimming gear
