Exercising in water is easy on  my knee and  Plantar fasciitis.  These shoes work great  because of the special insert.  They're great for anyone who needs to wear an orthodic.  I usually wear a size 8 or 8.5 but I sized up to a size 9 as was suggested by some other users.

They come untied like all lace up shoes, but I double tie them and they are great.

I only wish I could wear these shoes all the time!  
Extremely supportive, comfortable, and holds up to being in the water constantly!  I had some foot problems before but not any more.  If you need water shoes for aerobic water exercise - look no further - BUY THESE!

Better fit & support than the Speedo brand I purchased last!

This shoe is a bit "heavier" than the Speedo shoe but  fairly comfortable with probably a bit more support while on deck.  This shoe would probably be good it you require an orthodic inside of it.

Looks like a cheap version of Ryka's. Rough edges inside shoe causes uncomfortable rubbing.  Hope it gets better in time.  Uneven stitching and piece-ing together.
