Does the job well!

Effective and comfortable.  Stays in place during flip turns.  I'm a small woman, and it fits me just fine.

I learned about a pull buoy in Masters Swim Team.  Its a great product for an overall upper body workout. This buoy fits well easy to use.

This pull buoy is sturdy. I have only used it once so far but I was extremely buoyant! I was able to work on my freestyle nicely. I would definitely recommend this product to other swimmers. I am a petite woman, and it was not too big to use. It's just perfect.

I'm sure these work for some people.  But they are just too big for me.  There is too much flotation and it's hard to control.  I should have gotten a jr. size.
