For warming muscles before you engage. Not too hot...just right. Unlike Icy Hot this is very clean and showers off easily. I don''t bike without it!

I have been using this product on my daughters competitive and training suits for the last couple months. It works great. The chlorine smell is gone and her suits smell fresh. The price is reasonable too.
