Tried lots of energy sources for long workouts (shot blocks, gu) and these are by far the best. Actually delicious and easy for on the bike/run. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best energy bar I have ever eaten. They have great texture & taste .... you don''t have to choke these down, they are enjoyable to eat ..... really, I swear :o)
