The concept for
Colorado Time Systems came to fruition in 1972 when Hewlett-Packard engineers started the Test and Measurement division. This division focused on aquatics because of the need for precise measurements and from there CTS was born. CTS is committed to providing an extensive collection of high quality timing devices for athletes, teams, coaches, and fans.
