I read all the previous reviews and decided to buy both the large and small nose clip so I could figure out which one fit best. The big is VERY big! It does plug my nose and keeps the water out but it has a very big metal piece that sticks out pretty far off the bridge of the nose. The small is a little tight at first, but they are bendable so you can pull it apart and make it so its not as tight. I am an adult with a normal sized nose, and I would recommend the small.

Tried these after wearing the Sporti regular optical goggles for years (and liking them). These are optically very good; only problem seems to be that I can''t seem to make them fit properly -- i.e., w/o hurting the bridge of my nose. Have tried all 3 included nosepieces and am now experimenting w/different tensions...but just can''t seem to get it right. Will probably just go back to the regular ones.

I wasn't able to use this cap at all. I tried it on as soon as i received it, but it was so big that it shook on my head. I was totally disappointed! It is so cute though. My teenager suggested using it as a rain cap instead of bothering with an umbrella. LOL. If it came in sizes, I would totally love it, but...
