Great Garment but the sizing is odd, i bought a 6-8 and is still loose for my 9 yr old. Skinny ppl need to order atleast 2 sizes less

My daughter HATES anything but pants with an elastic waist. These look very nice and can be dressed up or down. My daughter loves them.
