The difference between the size when you try the suit on and when in the water is considerable. If I had any way to know, I''d have gotten a smaller size. I am ordinarily a 34 swimsuit, and this was an 8, so I guessed it was the same. That wasn''t the case in the water. But, once I''d worn it in the pool, I couldn''t return it. Live and learn. The suit is okay, but the fit is off.

Cold water surfer. Keeps you warm on top for sure. When first sliding into the suit, the zipper teeth unnattach. You have have to try to reattach the teeth when you finally have the suit fully on. By then you look like a BOND GIRL.JAMES BOND. This suit is hot!!!!!!!

I surf cold water in Northern Cali but this wetsuit is for showing off. Though when slipping into it, the zipper teeth unhinge. Once you have suit fully on, you have to try to reconnect zipper teeth. Zipper is trash! But the wetsuit turns you into a Bond Girl! Bond. James Bond.

I like this jacket, but the problem is that it doesn''t fit snuggly around bottom. In the water, it raises up and lets all the cold water in.

LOVE this wetsuit. I ordered all of the types of spring suits offered on this site with long sleeves and a bikini-cut bottom because I knew that was the style I was looking for, but unsure of which suit would be best for me. The Roxy was by far the best choice. The cut is so flattering and fits to a T. The others I got were the right size, but just seemed to pull the wrong way and let in big bubbles of air. They didn''t have the nice glove-like fit of this Roxy. I also love that it is the traditional black color but adds a pop of feminine pink. In the water, it feels great- nice and warm, but not overheating. I can extend my arms up all the way over my head without any constricting feeling. I use this suit to surf the 72 degree waters of Oahu on cloudy days when the wind is up and I don''t feel like shivering on my board while waiting for waves. I am 5''5, 115lbs, chest 32" waist 26" hip 36" measurements and the size 4 fits perfectly. The price was right; no regrets. This wetsuit is THE ONE.

This is a very thin wetsuit - only 1.5 mil, so be aware of that. If you want a little more warmth, go for Billabong (2mm) or Roxy (3mm). It looks cute on (it has a purple& white logo on the front and back) but like most Oneill women''s wetsuit products, I feel this runs small. I''m 5''11, 135lbs, am a size 6 dress, and generally wear an 8Tall in wetsuits (but not in Oneill). I bought this in a 10 based on the size charts (knowing it wouldn''t be a great fit b/c they don''t make Talls in the long john models). So the height part aside, I just barely sausaged my way into this wetsuit. Although after surfing in it a few times, it felt like it got stretched out/worn in a bit so it wasn''t so tight. However, I probably would have fit better in a 12. If you live in FL or HI where the water is super warm and just need something to help with morning chill, this is a good choice. If you live in CA, like me, I would go with a 2 or 3mm spring jane instead.
