We use the AeroMat 20lb Medicine Ball for our wrestlers ab work-outs, over-all core work and arm/shoulder conditioning work-outs. Although it''s only been about a month we are very satisfied.

I use this product every day after my high school swim practice and it's great. Its literally like having a pool in your house. The only knock is that there not that big, but that is really insignifigant

Was hoping it was longer so i could use in the pool. It will work for some exercises but not for others. Mainly on dry land. Am not sure how it will hold up to chlorine.

The mat is thick so that if you do a work out on a hard surface, it is still comfortable. No complaints!

Form limits function

I use this product specifically on my feet. I do foot eversions and dorsi flexions with it. The amount of tension it provides is excellent for this type of workout. I like that the cord is thick, but the round handles literally roll up and off my foot during the routine. I wish I could purchase raw tension cord from SwimOutlet minus the handles. Or, I'd like handles that are flat straps that could be tightened and secured around a foot during the excercise. In the end, my criticism has more to do with how I use the product than the product itself. Thank you

I have been using the resistance band on alternate days in a brief burst training workout. It is well constructed of durable webbing through the padded plastic handles. The tubing attaches through a secure grommet into the webbing and is restrained from releasing through the grommet by an expanded diameter on the handle side.
