The two best things about it are: 1) it''s made of natural rubber so it doesn''t slips when rough movements are made; and 2) it''s extra wide, so there''s more space for you.

I can tell it''s a quality mat and the price wasn''t too bad. It''s thinner, so not good for someone who wants a thicker mat, but thin works for me. Very sticky. And it has a handsome textured design that surprised me, as I couldn''t tell from the pics.

looks nice, but my hands slip a lot

I really want to love this mat. It feels really nice and looks really nice, it is very lightweight. The problem that I have is that I can''t do downward dog without my hands sliding. For how much time I spend in this pose, I need to feel comfortable there. It has a nice grip, but it just fails in this position. Wish it were different as I know this is a great brand and it is well priced. This yogi is so sad to share this type of information...I''ll keep looking though!

Great mat, padded enough to be easy on the knees, but not so padded that balance poses are difficult. My only complaint about this mat is that the slippery film doesn''t want to come off easily. I did the vinegar rinse on it as instructed and am now using it with regularity to get the film off. The first time I used it I was reminded of a Slip & Slide. Also, this mat is seven pounds so I recommend getting a mat bag or sling.

I use this mat for yin yoga so I''m constantly on the mat. It is very cushy as I go through all the different poses.
