The name "18 Rabbits" was coined by company founder Alison Bailey. It captures the innocence of her childhood and reminds her of when she first learned to bake in her parents' countryside kitchen.
Bailey took her love for baking and opened 18 Rabbits in order to give people the option of having authentic, all-natural food. 18 Rabbits is certified as organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF). Its products, such as the 18 Rabbits Granola Bar, are made with the purest ingredients available. None of 18 Rabbits' products are genetically modified or contain wheat or sulfur dioxide. This stems from a company philosophy that everyone should have the right to pure and simple food.
